David Green in Sky Sports TV ads


David Green, Head PGA Professional at Wildernesse Club in Seal, Kent, and a Callaway Staff Ambassador, has  taken part in a filming session at Wentworth Club, Surrey, as part of Callaway’s sponsorship of golf coverage on Sky Sports.

In a first for Callaway and Sky Sports, a series of the 5 second TV ads (idents), will be aired in the run up to the US  Masters and features 12 PGA Professionals, including David, and eight winners of an Amateur social media  campaign, using the new Big Bertha and Big Bertha Alpha Drivers. These ads follow a series of idents by bigger names including Phil Mickelson, Henrik Stenson,Thomas Bjorn and Matteo Manassero.

Neil Howie, President and Managing Director of Callaway EMEA, said: “ Big Bertha’s back and this is an exciting way to showcase that these drivers are for all levels of golfers – not just for our Tour Professionals”

The idents are due to be aired from 27th March onwards for a minimum of four weeks.

Junior Golf Academy 2016

Golf & Glory will again host a superb Junior Coaching Academy throughout the summer for the Under 11s and Over 12s

Based on the success of previous academies, Tom Mulcahy will host three Junior Academies at Wildernesse — the Under 11s and Over 12s. All will run April to October and will have structured fun programmes to improve playing skills and playing confidence. Tom will also be hosting 2 3 day courses in the Summer holidays.
